It's Just One of Those Things, by David Wright featuring a kneeling woman in a trademark diaphanous, transparent dress. Wright produced over 160 illustrations for The Sketch, during the 1940s. The pictures proved immensely popular, adorning countless dormitory, mess and club walls around the country during World War II.
