Queen Victoria’s saloon in the royal carriage.

The saloon of Queen Victoria ‘s carriage on the London & North Western Railway. The carriage was designed at an estimated cost of £3000. The carriage body had three floors with oak and cork used to reduce the vibrations and block out as much noise as possible.
