Photograph of a model of an 80-gun ship of Charles the Second’s Navy, of about 1680. The model, made of boxwood & walnut, was 53 inches long and was being offered for sale in 1929 by J.M. Botibol of Hanway Street. The flags on the mast-heads and stern were contemporary to 1929, rather than 1680.
